This is our go-to spot for a delicious breakfast/ brunch! The food is SO flavorful, especially the Indian choices! We had the shrimp and grits for the first time the other day and were soo impressed. We love that it’s a locally owned, woman owned business too! Sometimes they get busy/or have new employees so you have to be patient but everyone is so nice and helpful who works there, especially the owner!
We LOVED The Pelican! It's a very unassuming place yet it is brimming with good energy and more importantly good food!! The owner stopped by and talked with us and she's SO nice and personable! My partner and I were blown away with the paneer omelete and mushroom toast on sourdough. Both dishes were incredible, unique, and fresh! I loved the fresh herbs that garnished my toast - a great touch! We were in town for a conference from Chicago but if we lived there we'd be there EVERYDAY!! You can tell the customers love it and the decor is casual and nautical. It's a very special place to us now and we hope to be back soon!
Kim greeted us with enthusiasm and professionalism. She was amazing in filling drink and food orders! The menu was a wide variety of flavors! The fresh squeezed juices were amazing! I had the Keen Chicken which was influenced by Indian Spices! I loved it with the hash browns and naan!!!!!! It truly is a hidden gem! Our first time here……will not be our last. Go if you haven’t been….you will enjoy!
Great little place. Friendly staff, kool decor. Amazingly delicious food! The falafel are amazing! Ruben is finger licking good! Wife loved her perfectly made omelet. We will be coming back very frequently. DELICIOUS!! Jan 2026 update: Since my initial review I have visited The Pelican a few more times. Yesterday's lunch there was amazingly delicious! Their shrimp and grits is the best I've ever had!! And I order it when its on the menu. Lots of shrimp and even more flavor. Its really unbelievablely delicious, had a tinge of spiciness and very filling as you get a good sized portion. Service, again, was spot on. And their prices are very reasonable. Kudos to the Chef! She really puts love into every dish cuz that's what it tastes like. ❤️
Just stumbled on this place and had the best lunch today. My salmon bowl was perfect and the Greek omelet was amazing served with falafel. Such great flavors and use of fresh herbs.
I’m truly sad that I’m just visiting town, because the corned beef skillet here should be a daily occurrence in my life! I’d throw the Banoffee French toast in for some variety!
Kim was working alone today on Mother’s Day and did a phenomenal job serving and making all the drinks for the entire restaurant. Food was large portions and beautifully made. It’s seat yourself so show up early to grab a table :))
I might as well be a regular here, I love this place for brunch. They have amazing food, every French toast dish is amazing, smoothies are refreshing and pancakes are delicious. I’ve been coming here for so long, love this place. The workers are very attentive, a server by the name of Michell was my server several times, he seems optimistic to work there and it just makes the place seem more happier. I will for sure be coming back!!!

This place is truly a hidden gem in Lake Worth. The owner is a talented chef, and every dish reflects her creativity and attention to detail. She combines fresh, wholesome ingredients in a way that creates incredible flavor. This time I ordered the All You Need Is Love Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. It’s packed with healthy ingredients that come together perfectly, making every bite fresh and satisfying. I’ve tried several items on the menu, and honestly, nothing has ever been bland. Everything has its own unique and memorable flavor. From the omelets to the sandwiches, every dish is outstanding. And the smoothies are amazing—my favorite is the Arabian Femme. Even with so many breakfast spots around West Palm Beach, I can honestly say this is my favorite. I was welcomed by the owner herself, and her warmth and genuine hospitality make the experience even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her customers, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
